Tim Hortons - Vaughan

The staff at this restaurant were unprofessional and impolite. We waited for over 7 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. When we finally asked about our order, a member of staff shouted at us, saying, "Can't you wait for two minutes!" They were out of their famous ice-caps and crispy chicken. One of the cups they gave us had a sticky residue on it, and when we asked for a replacement, they only wiped it with a napkin, leaving it still sticky. The Savoury twist we ordered was not fresh, and they did not provide any napkins with our donuts.

This restaurant in the GTA is the worst. The staff is unprofessional and lazy, and there is a long wait time to receive your food.

This Tim Hortons is the worst I have ever been to. There was nobody available to take your order, they don't always accept cards, they were out of items, and the staff was very unprofessional.

Quality and service is arguably the best in Maple. Could use a few more smiles if you want return

Every time I go to this location I never get what I ordered. At the microphone I asked for a coffee with 2 milks, right away the lady says “coffee with 1 milk”, and as soon as I heard that I knew it was coming. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and was handed a bag with 4 plain Tim bits. I don’t even understand how that happens.
