King of Fish N Chips - Vaughan

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and ordered the medium halibut and chips. It came with a small side of coleslaw and cost $14.99. The portion of halibut was good, not thinly sliced like I've seen at other places. The batter was tasty and crispy, without being too thick. The fries were also pretty good. I definitely plan on going back to this restaurant.

So, I decided to try Kings instead. The fish was perfectly battered and fried, light, and flaky, with a nice fish taste but no fishy smell. The tartar sauce was delicious, and the fries were crispy. I will definitely be returning to Kings!

Honestly the service was so incredible. Very nice people running the place and they make the food with so much love you can tell. We ordered the fish and chips and I'll be honest with you it was excellent. Fries were just the right size and they were perfectly cooked. And the fish was amazing nice and crispy meaty halibut. Looking forward to definitely visiting these guys again and trying some other menu items.

Great fresh fish chips with large portions! Definitely recommend going on Thursday where they have a special on Cod chips for $11.99
