Richie's Gourmet Hot Dogs

Must order without mustard or onion at moment of ordering, threw hot dog in thrash. Have not had so bad customer service in Finland since the 90’s..

So perfect. I did not expect to find this good food fot airport. Coming again for sure. Good value.

The hot dogs are great but the service of this older gentleman is something else. I ordered a hot dog and was waiting the same question than for the last 10 years. What dressings would you like to have? The question never came, so I tried telling to the man what I want (or actually what I would not like to have) when he was preparing the hot dog. The answer was not quite what I was expecting: You should have told these things when ordering. I was like, you are preparing the hot dog in front of me, can 't you really listen to me now and just leave something out? The answer with exactly the same very unpolite and arrogant way as every element of this customer service event: You can 't do that in McDonalds either. I told him that I have visited Ritchie 's Gourmet Hot Dogs for years and every time the person behind the counter has asked me what I want while preparing the Hot Dog. He replied: They are so young that they don 't know what they are doing. Well I know, that I will always visit another restaurant when this guy is working...

One of the best hot dogs I ever ate (I don't eat much hot dogs . Reasonable price for airport in my opinion (classic hotdog +beer 15,9€

The rudest person I have ever met. Screamed at me because his credit card reader would not read my card. Worst service in Helsinki. Trying to buy lunch but this old man’s screaming made it impossible to buy anything. Do not try lunch here the attitude of the old counter man will ruin your appetite
