A&W (BCIT Downtown Campus) - Vancouver

The A&W on Dunsmuir is disappointing. The workers seem to be more interested in socializing than actually working. There was a man behind the counter who did not appear to be an employee, and all the workers were standing around chatting instead of paying attention to customers. When a customer ordered coffee, there was none ready. I prefer not to go to this location because of how slow they are. The A&W in Pacific Centre is much better and faster in comparison.

The food was average. There was a man passed out at a table and the tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. We also saw someone smoking crack, so this is not a suitable place for children to be at 10pm.

I have had multiple negative experiences with this restaurant through Uber Eats. My orders have been canceled three times, and on two occasions, I arrived to pick up my order only to be told that their machine was down or that I would need to wait 10 minutes. Today, I had to argue with them just to get them to realize that my order was actually ready. This has happened six times now and it is extremely frustrating. I usually wouldn't leave a bad review, but these constant issues with my Uber Eats orders have been disappointing.
