Topper's Creamery - Valrico

This restaurant is always a delightful experience! We tried the French vanilla waffle cone and it was absolutely delicious. The service was quick and welcoming. I would definitely recommend indulging in some tasty ice cream here, it is definitely worth it.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this ice cream shop, especially since it was my first time visiting. I usually frequent Twistee Treat, but decided to give this place a try. I ordered two kiddie cones, one vanilla and one coffee, as well as a banana split. When my order came out, it was in a cup instead of cones. I mentioned this to the employee, who seemed annoyed but eventually got me the cones. However, the vanilla ice cream had strange black specks in it that did not resemble vanilla bean at all. The texture was off and it did not taste right. When I ordered my banana split with a swap for vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate, I received only vanilla ice cream and a small amount of chocolate drizzle. There were no nuts, pineapple, or strawberry ice cream as requested. Despite paying $8.50 for the banana split and $3 for each cone, my total was over $15 after taxes. Overall, I was incredibly dissatisfied with my experience and will stick to Twistee Treat in the future.

I was disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Normally, we always order a banana split when we go out for ice cream, but our usual spot was closed, so we decided to try this place. I requested extra toppings for my banana split, knowing there would be an additional charge. However, when I got home and opened my dessert, I was disappointed to find that it only had vanilla ice cream (instead of the usual combination of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry). There was also only strawberry topping, with no pineapple or chocolate syrup, and no extra toppings as I had paid for.

Over priced ice cream and then charged incorrectly. Rude order taker couldn?t be bothered to answer our questions. We will drive a little further to go somewhere for better service next time.

Love this place! My husband is obsessed with their pistachio milkshake, and I tend to vacillate between the birthday cake and the caramel malt. Always top-notch. Straws can be an issue... hope they've gotten that resolved.
