Baskin-robbins - Valparaiso

I love Baskin-Robbins, I go there every day they know me by name. I would recommend it to anyone.?

Most of these modern day Baskin Robbins have very limited ice cream flavors. They have one or two new flavors here and there but not like the days when I was a youngster. I have been all over the place looking for Quarterback Crunch Ice Cream which has alway been available during football season.??

The service was fast and the workers were very nice

My family and I arrived at the restaurant around 8 o'clock on Thursday night. The staff seemed unenthusiastic about our order, as they were rummaging through the trash openly. We waited patiently for five minutes at the window without being acknowledged, and when we finally received our milkshakes, they were the wrong size despite confirming it just moments before. Additionally, the milkshakes were quite expensive. Overall, it was neither a good nor bad experience; it felt like a strange inconvenience. Despite these issues, the milkshakes were actually quite tasty.

I ordered a banana split at 6pm and discovered that the person taking my order had directed it to another employee by mistake. After a minute of confusion, the employee asked me what toppings I wanted on my banana split. I waited at the drive-thru window for about 5 minutes with no other customers in line, until another worker finally came to take my order again. When I received my banana split, it was only lukewarm and the banana was overripe. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.
