OMG what the hell have we just queued 30 minutes for, this so called( fish and chips shop) please please eat elsewhere and do yourself a favour this is the worst food I've ever had. It makes jd wetherspoons fish and chips taste delicious, the fish was as soggy as it could be sloping around in its own grease the chips were so bad that they were cooked twice we made our fellings felt by telling those in the queue to take a look at our so called order, we are not at all fussy eaters but there is no way we were putting ourselves through eating that debacle and it was £25 feels like we had been rapped

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. A group of ten of us went there, and while 8 of us were waiting with our coffees outside, I went inside as I didn’t have a drink and wanted to get a table so I could start eating. I asked if I could order food and sit at a larger table (which was unoccupied). However, the girl at the counter refused and insisted I wait outside with the others. I suggested sitting at a smaller table to eat while waiting for my friends, but this was also denied with the reason being that it would require table cleaning. This response left a bad impression on me. When I decided to leave, the girl suddenly changed her mind, but by then, the experience had already soured. We decided to dine elsewhere as the staff was rude, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. It felt like they didn't want us as customers, and the overall experience was extremely uncomfortable.

Disgusting fish n chips Had a great day by the sea today and saltburn is a fantastic place. However Cat Nab fish and chips was a total let down. I ordered fish and chips with scraps..(batter) chips and scraps were very nice, fish. Was soggy and lacked any crispyness, it was grey and not a appetising at all, half got chucked in the bin. For £9.50 it was probably the worst fish and chips I have had.. Service: Take out

Lovely place saltburn by the sea but ruined by fish and chips at the end when we was leaving. Fish batter was soggy and no crisp to it, tasted like it was re heated tbh, very disapointed. Food: 1 Service: 1
