Dragon Roll was great! Terriyaki chicken was surprisingly in small bite size pieces. Chicken was average, not the best not the worst. But overall the food here is great 100% recommend

Koi has great food, this post isn?t about that but more so on the service. I placed an online order for a later time pick up (after I got off work). When I walk in tell them my name for the order, the older gentleman who usually takes orders asked if Iordered through door dash, I told him no and showed him how I ordered (which was through their main site) he then shows me hisscreen and it says cancelled. Proceeded to tell me a woman came in saying someone used her card for an order saying it was myorder (I don?t even know how that is possible) so I pulled my card out and showed them that my last 4 numbers on the order matchso that lady was wrong. They didn?t have my order obviously. The man offered to make my food and I declined because howunprofessional was it of them to not verify her card number to my order before canceling. They never tried to call me about thesituation or anything. I like their food but after today they officially lost a customer.

We've had food from this place numerous times and it was great. However, this last order came with shrimp that was not deveined in both plates we ordered. Not trying to get food poisoning, so I could not eat it.

Their crabs and vegas deep roasted rolls are delicious! the place is impeccable and the personal super friendly. they have always made our food in time, regardless of how busy they are.

So me and my kid wanted to try something new and a little more healthy so we go to koi. Saw the reviews so we go. Got there and it was couple customers, not good in my eyes but I said hey maybe not right time yet. Nice cashier as well , got home and the food was pretty good and they give a lot! I will be going back I had the chicken and shrimp habachi we will be going back! Reasonable prices as well
