Says it?s 24/7 but on 11/7/22 around 4 am we drive through and there was someone inside who wouldn?t answer order windows or come to window. Another car in front of us had same experience.

Service was fast and friendly,but that's where it ends. Most of our food was inedible, chicken sandwich was ok. Waste of money.

As Midwesterners, we decided to try this restaurant out. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the burgers actually looked like the pictures and tasted amazing. The chicken strips were juicy and delicious, and while Culvers is a tough competitor, the Buttery Jackburger was really good. The young lady working the register was also very efficient.

I don't understand why I keep trying to come here late at night, but more often than not, I encounter issues that prevent me from placing an order. The first few times, it was supposedly due to their cash registers going offline around 2am. During my most recent visit on 9/25/2022 at around 1:25am, I had just finished waiting for the two cars in front of me to order. However, when I tried to place my order at the speaker, the employee at the window informed me, "Hi, we're closed for break right now." Not only did I have to wait behind two cars for over ten minutes, but another car had pulled up behind me, blocking me from backing out of the drive-thru. I ended up wasting my time watching the cars in front of me receive their food while multiple employees were allegedly on break.
