It’s a four star hotel with a swimming pool... not as expected.

Mixed feellings on this hotel. Would call this more a good four star hotel, as some five star features are missing : High quality bedding (Roman Wing), full information upon arrival (where is breakfast? The name of the bistro isn't going to help me much if I have never been to the hotel). Some people were greeted and asked for their room number when arriving in the breakfast room, others could just sit down without being asked anything. Am missing some consistency in all of this.

Thr hotel cannot be faulted! Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is perfectly located and very special with beautiful grounds and preserved architectural details. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help with any issue. The bistro team in particular did everything to a very high standard and was able to provide gluten free food, which was hugely appreciated.
