Mcdonald's - Utica

I'm not sure why, but the burgers I got from McDonald's were the smallest I have ever had. My quarter pounder was extremely thin, and my wife's Big Mac was also very thin. Additionally, we were unable to pay with cash at the register after using the kiosk, which is different from other fast food restaurants where cash is accepted. Card payment only.

As I approached the restaurant and noticed the long line, I was initially apprehensive. In my experience, most McDonald's with long lines either result in a lengthy wait for mediocre food or missing parts of my order. However, this visit proved to be the opposite of what I expected. I had pre-ordered on the app, and upon arrival, their wifi immediately recognized me and checked me in. Despite the long line, it continued to move steadily. The staff remained friendly and attentive throughout. Our food was served hot and delicious, and the kids' meals were well-packaged. We received plenty of extra condiments. This location has become my favorite, and it's clear why they are always busy.

The restaurant staff is efficient and courteous. Our orders have always been accurate and we have never had any complaints.
