Bella Regina - Utica

This is the best food in Central NY. A lot of people recommend places to eat and after I try these new places I'm usually disappointed. This is because I grew up on amazing home-cooked Italian food. I've eaten basically everything around the Utica-Rome areas and Bellas is my favorite. Their stuffed veal and amazing riggies cannot be beat. I highly recommend.

Drove an hour for chicken riggies! The best I’ve ever had. Hope to come back again sometime.

I walked in with a colleague traveling on business. He's never been to this area before so I had to take him for a local meal. First time here and was very impressed. Just inside the door was a life size poster of Dean Martin and just past that a life size Elvis. The music was also from that era. The service was awesome. The food spectacular. I had the trio Riggie's which is choice of 3 meats with rigatoni. The sauce was phenomenal. The meal came with salad bar too. If you finish the bowl of riggies, you get a shirt. As soon as the waitress brought the food I knew there was no way that was happening. I will definitely come back here when in town.

First time trying Bella Regina...we had the to go riggies family deal, on New Years Eve. OMG, the food was superb! Definitely, the very best Italian restaurant in our area. The service and value, excellent! Our order was on time. Regina and Angela are good people, they were so friendly, kind, and helpful. Loved the restaurant atmosphere clean, warm, inviting, and exciting! We are looking forward to returning to Bella Regina, soon!!

Bella Regina has the best riggies I have ever had. All of their food is delicious. We have never ordered anything that we did not like!!
