We have eaten today in the restaurant "to the beautiful view" and we were not satisfied at all. as the main course we chose the noble rout from wild and the tender frying from wild boar. as a supplement should be served in each case pale, rose cabbage and apple-red cabbage. when eating was finally served (expected 40 min) was already clear, which was not cooked fresh here. with a dark finished sauce was tried to conceal the stretchy meat. the knocks were huge, but after nothing tasted. the supplements were frozen. in particular the rose cabbage was inedible and sponge in any pampe. when we were asked for our satisfaction, I kindly expressed my criticism, which, however, did not want to be heard. the service certainly gave me to understand that a gas never complained. no word of apology to serve no demand anything else. the service wanted to forward the critique to the kitchen. overall we are just disappointed by the visit. the restaurant advertises on its homepage with high-gloss photos of fresh food and gives exclusively fresh and high-quality products without using the use of flavor enhancers.
