TGI FRIDAYS - Largo - UPPER MARLBORO

This place was dirty. There was food on the tables along with dirty dishes. No one came to sit us after 5 minutes of waiting. Then the bartender didn't even take our order after waiting 5 minutes there, so we left. They need to all be retrained, because the staff is costing them money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do NOT eat here. How do you mess up a salad. Chicken on the Caesar salad was definitely old, hard and stale. Chicken wings were fried to it's second DEATH. Server dropped off the food, never checks back until we were done with two things up like NOOOOO. The only edible meal was a kids Mac n cheese. Manager comes over and has no apology, just xomps the food. That's fine but clearly he needs management skills Service: Dine in

I ordered food from here via Uber eats and I don't think I'll be doing that again. It seems like the quality of the food is not as great as if I would have visited the actual restaurant. I noticed that items were missing the portions are way smaller and the food wasn't hot vs dining in. I went to the restaurant returned my food. I was highly upset because the point of me ordering delivery was so that I didn't have to leave my home. I spent $40 and was completely disappointed when my food arrived due to the portion sizes, missing food temperature. HOWEVER, the manager Darrin I believe is his name he made sure to correct my order, prepared everything fresh gave me additional portions for my inconvenience. He was very apologetic and did everything he could to ensure I was a satisfied customer. He is the reason for my 4 star rating. I took one star off due to having to return everything in the 1st place. Thank you Darrin (I hope I am getting your name correct) for being understanding, patient and even sharing a few funny moments with me while I waited. You're more than awesome!

This was at out of town TGIF so it was probably rated harder because it was below what I'm accustomed to in my area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

If I could ill give it no stars the bread was hard couldnt break it apart fries was soggy .... and the tenders are baby size like a 1/2 of a snack
