Bidrage med feedbackMost of the staff are friendly and pleasant. Even when they have a long line, they take the time to smile. Sadara is the exception. She is unpleasant and rude. It seems like she doesn't enjoy her job nor appreciate the customers. Management should notice this and provide her some constructive feedback!
Extremely slow service. Placed a mobile order 15 min before arriving and waited an additional 25 after I got there. There wasn't a rush of people or anytning. Employee moved comically slow

I'm assuming today was a launch of starbucks red cups. I was looking forward to just walking in and getting a traditional drip coffee that should be fairly quick. I'm waiting in front of the register for almost 5 minutes with many many staff members on the floor, not one person, acknowledge me, nor help me, then store manager finally looked up and said somebody will be right with you. Sorry we forgot about you and proceeded to just stand there. Where has starbucks gone? This is not the starbucks that I am familiar with or known for the Past 30 years. On top of just ordering a drip coffee every single one of the staff was not kind nor pleasant and was very. Very sad to post this and I normally do not give reviews but in this case, I hope starbucks changes the vibe customer care of the store. Thank you.
