Just went to this Tim’s. The Indian man was so nice and a pleasure to be around. He made me smile. Also, this is one of the very FEW Tim’s that gives you fresh lemon for your iced tea. Thank You !!

This is the second time I've been here and the supervisor (guy maybe 28 ish years old. I didn't get his name) was very rude and rushed me. This is also the second time my day has started off to a bad start. I will never go to this location again

To woman with ATROCIOUS makeup and waddles around, you genuinely should find another job where you don’t interact with people. Calling someone an A-hole as you’re walking up to the register is beyond unprofessional. Then to look at me as if I did something unruly towards you! This place is still a joke and runs like Stephan Hawkins in a 50 yard dash! This is hands down the worst Tims In Williamsville! Continuously short staffed so either forced to wait 15 min in the drive thru or find something else out of the way. The staff that is there are rude and inept individuals who couldn’t give 2 flucks about their jobs. Multiple multiple multiple times they screw up the order, perpetually out of product. When you ask the staff why, they straight up say “our manager didn’t order enough” this is a multi billion dollar franchise.....how is the quality of EVERYTHING so poor!!!????
