Mini Monster Universal Citywalk

We came here once for what was meant to be a cute little date night at citywalk.When we entered we were greeted with a growl, and the associate looked miserable.She was very unfriendly so we decided to take our business elsewhere.If you want to be treated with respect while you're trying to have a good time on your date night definitely would not recommend coming here.

We walked in at 8:49pm and the closing time is 10pm. The young lady was very unprofessional and unfriendly said “what do you want?” , we said one ice cream flan and she immediately stopped me and said oh we stopped serving ice cream now, well my boss said so, she goes to the back then comes and around and turns off the ice cream machine right in front of me. I said we only need the flan ice cream and she said no. We walked out and then she proceeded to call security and said I was belligerent. I will never visit again and will let everyone I know how poor this establishment is.They had tried to screen/block this review. Very disgraceful employees. That young lady was rude and should not be employed here or anywhere else.

I had the lavender matcha boba and the tea was good but the boba was slightly under cooked. I know that it was undercooked because I have tried many types of boba and make it myself. The tea is good, has a strong lavender and honey flavor .Food: 3/5

Loved the Signature Thai Tea. My Vietnamese coffee online orders were cancelled. Submitted a request for response. Mini Monster Team responded to my satisfaction and made things right.
