Papa Johns - Uniondale

I ordered a pizza for delivery with half vegetables and half vegetables with chicken. However, the entire pizza ended up having chicken. When I called to address the issue, I was told to simply pay for another pizza. The employee I spoke with was rude and not suitable for customer service. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

It was 9pm on a Sunday and I decided to order 4 slices from Pietros, as I often do. I planned to eat 2 slices and save the other 2 in the fridge for later. Unfortunately, Pietros doesn't deliver after 9pm on Sundays, and neither do other local places except for Papa John's. I had never ordered from Papa John's before and didn't realize they were more similar to Domino's than traditional pizza places. I called them and they said they couldn't deliver 4 slices, but they could deliver 6. I agreed and it ended up costing $23 with a $3 tip, the same as a regular pie from elsewhere. When the pizza arrived, it was a 1ft by 1ft mini pizza, which seemed outrageous for the price. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from Papa John's again.

Good customer service My pizza was ready before the 15 minutes I was told. Ordered a small two toppings and a drink for about $12, pizza looked and tasted good, I'd go back

It cost $23 and change including my $3 dollar tip. Same as a regular pie anywhere else. It gets delivered and it's a 1ft by 1ft mini pizza. Unbelievable for the cost. Will never order from them again. Absolutely insane!
