Got cold tea instead of hot tea ,should pay attention to customer.

What can ya say it's what you always expect. And that can be a good thing.

We saw a man in the back sitting picking his nose, biting his nails, rubbing his eyes , then he spit on the floor. We immediately left and just like that he makes drinks for people and food. Disgusting!!

Very hard working staff. They are so overworked I feel so sorry for the staff. Give them a better pay and treatment. Customers should have more patience and gratitude.

The 3 stars is for the customer service. I took off 2 for the lack of upkeep. I've been to this location about 5x within the last 2 months. It needs to be deep cleaned!
