Bidrage med feedbackThe short lady caucasian lady with dark brown hair. I forgot her name but she is the only one that works in the self check outlines when the store first opens. I have had a few encounters with lady and every single she was being aggressive and rude. I shop at this store quite a lot and I tend to go when the stores open right before I clock in for work. Another young lady that was very and African American was helping me bag my groceries and the Caucasian walked up and started helping I just didn’t pay it no attention. I had one question about a few of my groceries items regarding the price was not showing it was being discounted after using my Kroger member number. She came up and had very nasty attitude like I was bothering her. It’s one thing too not having a good and another thing for feeling racially profiled. She gave me vibes that she only targets African Americans . I have never felt so disgusted and disrespected in my life to the point I had to make the manager aware that I felt racially profiled. And of course the managers are trash. She didn’t even say to words too the lady. Kroger needs reevaluate their employees that are still holding job titles that is being a rude , disrespectful, racist towards customers that come in and actually spending their hard earned money to shop and keep their store opens. Also read previous reviews from previous shoppers.
I frequent this Kroger location and usually have a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, today was not the case. I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong by an employee named Nellie (spelling may be wrong). I opted to use the Kroger app for digital coupons and she and the cashier just made me feel rushed and like I was causing them a headache for wanting to check prices and make sure my discounts were falling off. When I got to my car I realized that one of the items I purchased was rang up too many times, and that one of my digital coupons had not been applied. So I went back in to customer service to get it sorted out and Nellie comes over to customer service to inspect the situation no one asked her for help. I was already working with the customer service employee and we were fine. So Nellie inserting herself after already treating me poorly at the cash register, made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I felt like, they were treating me like I was a criminal. As someone who comes to this location often I am disappointed but I am going to have to find a new place to do my grocery shopping.
Kroger is ghetto as hell, they were out of Distilled water
Never has shopping carts in the store. Always the excuse of short-handed and 95% of employees have TERRIBLE attitudes, INCLUDING management!
Reminded why I don’t shop here, other than treating customers like criminals you all have a huge price discrepancy problem. In an order of only 14 items TWO items were priced more than they were advertised for. That’s 14 percent of my shopping items were priced wrong. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for an override that never came. Trash.
