Domino's Pizza - Union

I ordered a pizza and 3 sandwiches online. The tracker showed it would be here in about 11 minutes, it was an hour and a half before it was delivered. When I called to check on the status I was told they only had one driver. However, they didn't wait for driver availability before cooking the order so all the food was cold by the time it got here. Not only that, but the pizza had the wrong toppings. The only thing the store would do was give store credit for another pizza no offer of partial refund, no refund on the tip.The app should be able to alert that deliveries are delayed, not give false information on delivery time makes the entire tracker app useless.

Absolutely terrible customer service and management. Ordered 2 pizzas was told 15 minutes, showed up 20 minutes later and paid and pizza wasn't ready so I sat down for additional 15 minutes then asked about my order and manager told me he was about ready to start making it. I told him never mind just go ahead and refund my money and he seemed like he was more concerned about the college football game on their television and losing a customer.

We tried the steak subs this visit and they were ok, a little dry. The service was good.

We made a mistake and placed a large pickup order for 7/30 instead of 7/29. This crew put together 16 medium pizzas in less than 20min, I didn’t even have time to finish my podcast. Amazing work!

There was place to dine in. People who attended us were good. We took time to order and they were patient. Overall a good place to have a quick bite.
