I called the day before thanksgiving. a man picked up the phone. I can say that they were busy because he quickly tailored my question. he actually hung me up. I'm sure. I called back. he answered, he asked him again, if he would hang on me? He'll say no, but I know he did. then he calmed down and answered my questions. no online ordering had to go to the restaurant to place my order. When I was there, I saw the person I spoke to on the phone. a Spanish type that cannot handle pressure when it gets a lil irate in its device. he was definitiw with all the people in the restaurant all the commands etc., but I didn't tell him a word, I only watched him as he observed his whole personal. no employee in this special facility (union nj) chestnut st. was kind. a last thing to say. If you can't handle the heat, go out of the kitchen. period.
Eating was terrible, customer service lacked, very unfriendly. will not spend a dime here again. food: 1/5
The place is not very clean and the young lady who served me looked homeless, she was simply untidy from head to tail, which was as far as I saw the Boston market T-shirt that she was on filthy, and I don't talk about eating, it's dirty, she never saw it washed, she had it sweating like about 6 months to go, no
