The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portions are generous, especially for breakfast. The service is excellent as well. The ambiance with the open fire is beautiful and adds to the overall atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

I stayed at Vulcan Hotel from March 21st to March 23rd, 2016 and had a very high standard experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The café at Vulcan serves a great breakfast with friendly staff.

Located inside the Vulcan Hotel, this restaurant serves a delicious breakfast without being overly friendly. The dinner options are also good, with reasonable prices and high-quality service in a lovely atmosphere. The menu may not be very diverse, but it is worth visiting at least once or twice during your stay. Despite its location near the railway station and university, the restaurant stands out from others in the area. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

The restaurant is part of the Vulcan Hotel and serves a great breakfast - you don't have to be a guest.Its good for evening meals to. Not pricy - good quality and services and nice atmosphere. Menu doesn't vary much but you probably are only going to visit once or twice per stay. Nice restaurant for the area - its by he station and Uni so you can guess what most of the other fare on offer is like around there.Give it a go you won't be disappointed.
