Great place to see the depth of the city. The restaurant turns around so that you always get a new view. A wide selection of local Buryat cuisines and a decent offer of cocktails. Come and watch the sunset here and it will add an unforgettable marker to your visit to Ulan Ude.

The view is cool. Ulan Ude isn't the prettiest town in the world, but you get a chance to see the hills beyond. I had to wait 10mins for a beer which was sad. Stock levels were also depressing for replacements. Potato cakes were tasty though. Fun for a beer on a summer evening but not good for much else.
