The Tick Tock Cafe - Udaipur

We have met before a month and really it was a very great experience to been there. we enjoyed a lemonade. attractive ambience there with some unique creativity which is very much fascinating. the hospitalize behaviour of owner is very close to heart they treat like friends and thats really amazing. the concept they brought to udaipur is very unique as its time based cafe that is happening for the first time in udaipur. so just thing next to being there lets see when its come. go with your friends and close one to spend some quality time there :) Hope to see you soon #TTC

Okay..so this is a unique cafe where you are charged according to the time you spend here. The basic charges are Rs.100 per person per hour and then Rs.50 for every half an hour more. The complimentary menu includes a variety of cool drinks,refreshments, apettisers and cookies. There are choices in breads, sauces, spreads and the filling (cucumber,onion, tomatoes,coleslaw) to make your own sandwich. The drinks and cookies will be prepared by them and you have all the ingredients to make your own sandwich. The toaster is also free for use. Other than the complimentary menu, the other menu also has a variety of signature sandwiches, pastas, drinks and shakes which are in the range of Rs.60-Rs.100. It is a place to go when you don't want to spend more but are also very hungry at the same time. I would strongly recommend this place as it will be a unique experience and you would be tempted to visit again. A very pocket friendly place with good food and complimentary games too to play while your order is being prepared. Hats off to the thinker behind this initiative.

A new place with a different concept(time based charging) and Quirky interiors. Concept - As per the name they charge you for the time spent at the café. First hour Rs. 100 per head. This is the minimum and includes few unlimited beverages and eatables. Rs. 50 for every additional hour. The food on the non-time based menu is also very economic. Ambience - Well done and colourful interiors with different types of seating arrangement. The place has a combination of local and quirky look. Indoor games and free wi-fi facility is available. Comfortable seating and perfect place to hangout with a group of friends. JFYI, the staircase area has perfect lighting for clicking pictures or taking selfies. Services- The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. As the concept is new the staff was very helpful with our queries. Prompt service.They were also very eager to listen to our suggestions and inputs, if any. Food - Decent food. Ordered the following Cold coffee - Good Nimbu Pani- Typical desi taste. Cappuccino - Made with freshly ground coffee beans. Make your own sandwich - You can make your own sandwich using bread , Butter, different types of veg fillings and spreads. Toasting and grilling options are also available. We made a coleslaw grilled sandwich with extra cheese and it was good Pizza Paratha - this fusion was simply delicious. A must try. White sauce pasta- The pasta was okay. The sauce was sufficiently cheesy but found it to be sweet. Could be improved for a more authentic taste. And last but not the least the place has good music.
