Mad Irie - Tympakio

Two times last week in Crete. No set menu, you will be told the options available this day. We chose several days and all were delicious and very cheap. Would definitely revise when back in Crete.

Small small restaurant with roof seats overlooking the mountains. The food was very delicious

They had vegan burgers (7€, wraps (7€, smoothies, one for two (25€). The two ladies from the restaurant are very friendly and the portions are very huge.

I went here twice and the food was good yet average priced. The owner is really nice and the setup is quite aesthetic with reggae music and a nice rooftop. They have different options everyday so there is no one set menu. The food has a nice flavor but unfortunately my second day a few of the dishes in my plate (spinach, okra, soy) tasted like smoke. I don’t know if someone in the room was smoking or if the bottom of the dish got burned when reheating the food; I couldn’t finish because of the taste. Other than that, the presentation is lovely and the restaurant has a nice vibe.

We liked the laid back ambiente and nice waitress. We had a mixed starters plate. It wasn't bad but nothing really delicious either. The pita was stone hard. The price of 9€ seemed pretty pricey.
