Blaze is wonderful, offering affordable, delicious, artisan style pizza, from the classics pepperoni, cheese to personalized variations with a wide assortment of toppings and finishes. It's like the Chipotle of pizzas. Tomato sauce could use a little more oomph. But I'd totally dip my crusts in it.
Four of us stopped here for an early dinner on a weeknight during a road trip. We ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and drinks. The food was prepared well with fresh ingredients. The only reason this wasn 't a 5 star experience was cleanliness. The women 's restroom has no way to get hot water to wash your hands and the soap dispenser needs to be replaced. The floors both in the bathrooms and throughout the restaurant were extremely dirty with debris scattered in many corners and under tables. An employee saying, 'You didn 't see that ' to another employee about our food as they were about to put it in the oven and then both of them laughing was pretty off-putting, but I don 't know exactly what I missed, so I 'm not terribly upset. Kinda holding my breath that nothing happens that makes us sick. If it does, I will update this review. Pretty sure they were just young employees being silly.
Great make your own pizza place! With gluten free and vegan options. It's rough for people there the first time not knowing how it works and with so many options, but I believe that the second and third time's a person can order with confidence. Most importantly, their pizzas had a crunchy crust how it should be! None of that thick doughy pizza that Americans like. My only suggestion to the staff would be if you have first time visitors and no line behind them, take your time, don't rush, and really walk them through it rather than trying to start the pizza as soon as possible.
Had not a great experience but came back in and the staff apologized and comped our meal and were very kind. The food is so good! We will definitely be back!
Super fast service and the food was great. One note, pay attention to where the menu says gorgonzola cheese if you don't like Bleu cheese. That's my only note.
