Try to order on Uber eats and it doesn’t have the options it does at the shop, no medium salsa option, no pulled beef option. As a business I’d expect the same options for both in store and delivery.

A terrible vegetarian tacos. I ordered vegetarian tacos, the amount of vegan mint (mexicali mince) on each taco was not more than a tablespoon with much too much liquid. it was lunchtime and the container with the mexicali minze was almost empty. the tacos did not see as the image in their advertising, which shows a very generous portion of mexicali mince. When I asked the employee whether this was the whole coin they put on, they answered rudely yes, I almost canceled my order at this place. the tacos were shaken together, and more ingredients were beaten up with a lot of salate. When I tried to eat the Tacos liquid everywhere, I had to get extra serviettes. the counter where the food was prepared was dirty, a worker who wore gloves, used the cash box to help another worker and did not change their gloves when he went back to prepare food. the staff was abrupt and did not want to be there. a positive was the guacamole, it was a generous portion and only $1 extra per taco.

As a qualified cook, 4 years in a HACCP kitchen, a total of 10 years including 2 Mexican restaurant also a qualified health and safety adviser. every time I'm crazy I'm asking for the roll of my own burritos that was never a problem in the run of the years. twice in tweed city I was told no because this is against health and safety regulation. it is not, but I will point out what is.1 no white chopper board for food supply, it is made on the stainless steel bench. 2 not a person who wears hair nets, hats or tries to wear a hairdress that is held haare. messy buns, unhaired haares. not okay.3 cross-contamination. bee in sour cream, pint beans in black bee. the baking of ingredients and no attempt to keep the baits clean4. several people on the line, a burrito led by 3 different people.5 salsa is handed over without lid for the combo6. to finish it, my man and I have food poisoning. if they want to prevent customers simply rolling their own burrito through “health and safety”, please note them in all areas in their kitchen. we will not visit again.

Food was very tasty. Burrito was only folded in half so was very difficult to eat. Was rushed off after paying, didn’t get asked if I wanted a receipt. Was unclear about what food cost extra. Drink got spilt over on the counter, honest clumsy mistake but overall bad customiser service.
