Fireworks Mobile Wood Fired Pizza

Catered our wedding. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Fireworks catered our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner at the Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford. Since most guests were from out of town, the event was for 70 people. Kate, Chris and their crew could not have been easier to work with organized and on target from planning through execution. As we are in NY, everything had to be done over email. We had gluten free, lactose sensitive and vegetarian guests everyone had something to enjoy and they were not made to feel like outcasts but valued guests. We had Margherita, Meat Lovers, BBQ Chicken and Mediterranean pies to choose from (everyone had to taste everything) and a delicious green salad. Very little waiting for fresh pies (mostly from people trying decide what to get it all looked so delicious). We added Italian meatball appetizers and brie with honey and toasted pecans. All the feedback we got from our guests was that the food was amazing. We are from NY we are never looking to get pizza outside NY. MY brother, who had lived in Maine over 30 years was concerned for our choice of menu said it was the best slice he's ever had in Maine. The leftovers were enjoyed again later on that night and I did see some guests munching on pizza the next morning. Hire these folks you will not be disappointed!

We just had Fireworks cater our wedding, and they were outstanding. The pizza was the best I’ve ever had, and Chris and Kate are genuinely some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I would highly recommend them for any event!

As our nickname as Pizza Pals, we were ECSTATIC to have a delicious pizza vendor to cater our wedding in coastal Maine. Fireworks was there to deliver! They baked the pizzas onsite and kept warm pizzas coming all through dinner. The meal was fantastic, but more than that, we are so thankful for the accommodations Chris and Kate were able to provide. We selected two meat pizza options, plus a vegetarian and also a completely vegan one (and our vegan friends raved about being able to indulge! . We didn 't end up needing gluten-free crust, but that was an option as well. With some creative options, very easy communication, and reliability on the days leading up to and of our wedding, we were thrilled to have Fireworks join us!

Thank you guys for catering our October 19th wedding!! Chris and Kate were absolutely wonderful in the planning process and helped create a menu that EVERYONE LOVED! They worked with us to help problem solve the possibility of having no power and access to the venue during after the wicked nor Easter and made me feel at ease knowing that they were going to do anything they could to make sure we would have pizza! They were kind and professional and we would use them again if possible!!!
