Whataburger - Tucson

I feel like there can be 5 or 500 people ahead of me the wait is the same. ???? My fries were so salty I ended up tossing them out. If I hadn't been so far down the road, I would have asked for them to be replaced.

Place order in app, best way to do so. All the options are there, from cutting in half to customization of every ingredient. The restaurant just opened the lobby and the woman at the register made sure the back were working on the order, brought me my drink in the mean time, and double checked my order before bringing it out the lobby. Everything was perfect and I don't have a lot of bad things to say from my experiences with Whataburger, but I was very appreciative of the attentive customer service.

Did not get to order, was sitting in drive thru, whoever was working the drive thru on 8/31/22 at 10pm left me on the intercom and never acknowledged that I was waiting there for 20 min. Was constantly saying hello to get their attention but they never responded. After I turn around to leave the drive thru, I hear her taking the order of the person that was behind me. Incredibly disrespectful and rude. I included the time and date so that if management sees this, they can remedy the situation.

What's not to love about Whataburger?Abit pricey but solid eatz. Not up to pair with the ones in Texas but don't be fooled into thinking they aren't good.Favorite Combo has got to be the Chicken Tender with the cream gravy. Gooooooood eatz~The location is open 24/7 but the area it's located has become a bit sketchy so bear that in mind to lock up your car. The drive thru can also take a long time but that's a normal Whataburger thing so not even an issue.Overall definitely a good spot for a meal/lunch despite higher average prices.

Love this place. When I lived in alabama they have one place in opelika and went there all the time. Best burger and even better than home made.
