The only bad thing to the parish is that there are no more places available! eating is excellent. I did not expect much that this cajun tasting note in the midst of the desert, but I was very happy with the result! the maisbrot is probably the best I've ever eaten. the burger was one of the best of all time. the rubber bears and jambalaya were as good as anything outside new orleans. I really hope that tucson can appreciate how talented the parish is cooking staff.

You have to start with the bacon popcorn! I could not stop eating it! Delicious! My entree was pulled pork with papaya coleslaw and fries. Ready to go back and try another amazing dish flavor.
