Alisa did a wonderful job taking care of a late lunch rush and all on her own __ However, whoever the owner or manager is, you need to shut down Online orders between the hours of 2P and 4P when Alisa is by herself. It's not fair to your customers who are already standing in line to place their orders when an Online order comes in, because it's no different than somebody cutting in front you. Online people are in the comfort of their homes watching their BIG SCREEN TVs while numerous adults with children are waiting patiently. Either that, you should have two counter people at all times. 5 STARS for ALISA! 0 for Management!
Met the owner of this establishment and he really cared enough to ask us if everything was ok.I can always appreciate an owners responsibility to its customers and staff.The woman that made my sandwich was very nice .
The late-night staff were very accommodating when addressing our post-gym order. One employee named Ethan had an incredibly positive attitude while resolving his mistakes and even offered us a discount. This shows that all employees can provide friendly service with kindness and pride. He definitely deserves a raise!
I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. Roger is incredibly professional and a hard worker—definitely an outstanding employee. However, I was disappointed with Casey. When I arrived, he was dozing off, and other customers were coming in behind me. Roger had to wake him up to assist with the line. When Casey finally did come to help, his behavior was very unprofessional, lazy, and downright rude. He tossed my sandwiches onto the counter after I paid and didn’t even bother to put them in a bag or offer any napkins. I think he would be better off being let go so he can sleep at home, where it seems he’d rather be.
