Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant offers generous portions at a very reasonable price, and the food is delicious. It's a fantastic spot for a quick and affordable meal featuring fresh, locally sourced vegetables.
Really comfort food, all portions good for 2 or 3 for the price of 100 plus pesos whatta steal! I've been here before, but this time I came with my girls and we were full of belly! Oh, my Gulay- many vegetables!!!! with the...streets, unlike manila, when you order, there is saving any veggie. nothing fantastic with this resto/carinderia, there is no aircon, but hey it is Baguio, there is Aircon on the streets lol. we tried the cakes, but not good. all our orders on the photos costs 800plus for 4 big eaters!!! at the one- and only jack's of baguio along the session street, balikbalikan mo talaga- You will always come here when you are in baguio
We decided to try out this restaurant in La Trinidad for lunch. We wanted to explore La Trinidad together and then have lunch before heading back to the hotel. The food was simple, but fresh and nutritious, as it was picked on the same day. It was also affordable and delicious.
The foods are delicious. we get to order Pancit here and we just love it.. also the meat is just the heavens! Hahaha
There used to be an iconic restaurant in Baguio City called Star Cafe. This was the place to go to whenever one visits the city of pines in the early days. The place closed downed a few years ago when the owners' descendants did not...continue the business anymore. We decided to buy some vegetables at the trading post in La Trinidad and did not know where to have lunch. The map showed a restaurant called Jack's. It really looked old from the outside. The interior was not much better. The tables, chairs and plates were plain. Seeing the menu, the offerings were varied. Prices were not to bad either. there was skepticism how large the servings were given the budget prices. When the food arrived and we tasted it, it was like a trip back to the old days of Star cafe. This was no food prepared by a chef, but dishes done the old fashioned way. Truly, time stands still in this restaurant. There was a chap who could have been Jack, the owner and he looked like he was from the 1970's
