This is my second visit to the sun and are and really always fascinated, as the arrival of attention is remarkable, the service and the environment captivate you. They have a very varied and exquisite menu, on this occasion I ordered the charcoal pork chops and my partner the fish to lemon juice, both dishes full of unique flavors that characterize this restaurant. It's definitely always between my options when I travel to trinity.

Our waiter spoke English, so I thought we were in good hands, but I was wrong. Despite explaining my allergies, I was served an appetizer with cucumber on the plate. I didn't say anything at first, but when my main course arrived with a slice of pumpkin under my fish fillet, I had to speak up. The waiter initially insisted on just changing the plate, but I explained that the food was now contaminated and they needed to cook a fresh meal for me. After some confusion, a new main course was brought out, but the fish was undercooked. Frustrated and hungry, we asked to only pay for our drinks and leave. Despite some disagreement, we only paid for drinks and left. The atmosphere and live band were enjoyable, as was the decor, but the restaurant needs to better understand food allergies and handle customer complaints more effectively. Overall, a disappointing experience that tainted what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner.
