Applebee's Grill - Trexlertown

Went on Veterans day. Very busy, but we expected a wait. Ordered a 6oz sirloin from the Free Vet's menu. I guess you get what you pay for. It wasn't inedible, but it was sorely under seasoned, the broccoli was barely cooked and the mashed potatoes tasted dry. Staff was very helpful and attentive though. My wife's food was excellent and the appetizers were on point. I think my meal was the exception, not the rule. We all have a bad day, right? 4 stars only because it wasn't as good as it usually is.

Highly let down. ordered a salad Soaked in dressing I had to give it back. truly a let down. Bar tender was very understanding. she apologized for it. She Took it off my bill. I'm disappointed due to at No time at all did a manger come out to apologize for it. Nor did i see the manager on duty. Signs up stating if no gift cards are offered free appetizer your next time. Nothing was mentioned of it to us. just truly let down by the experience we had. Bar tender was Amazing. She was the only person behind the bar making drinks taking orders on a Saturday night. She is probably the only reason we would return. Excellent customer service! A

Had fish and chips. Fish coating was too much, fries were a little over cooked and cole slaw was dry (no mayo or dressing of any kind).
