She was timely in replying and addressing issues and to-do items. She was helpful in answering any questions we had. If she didn't know the answer, she went looking for it. She went above and beyond in helping us to set up inspections, get utilities turned on, find contractors, etc. She was professional, even when others were not. Plus, she is just a good person, a real pleasure to work with.

Our agent did a phenomenal job from start to finish! She walked us through every step of the process, worked with us to make sure the home was ready to view, provided a professional photographer, and did an awesome job with the listing. We accepted an offer on the second day! After that, what is usually a painstaking process of sorting paperwork, was quick and easy. Everything was digital and came straight to my email. Even the closing process was very simple. Took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way! Throughout the entire process she communicated very well, always answered the phone, and was quick to respond if I ever had questions. I really felt like she had my best interest at heart through the whole thing. If I were buying or selling a home again, I’d only call Nicole Marshall at Carpenter Realtors!!
