Joe Gatt's Food Cocktails

Very disappointing, for a place named food and Cocktails that had no cocktail menu. Service was very slow, prices very expensive. Would not recommend.Service: 2/5

We had a reservation and after we were seated about 10 min late, we honestly had the worst service I've experienced in a long time. We didn't see a server for at least 20 minutes after we sat, didn't get a drink for another 15 minutes, waited another 15 minutes to hear the specials and place our order. Salads took a while and our dinners took a very long time. Our waiter claimed it was because one of our party had ordered a well-done steak, but that steak came out red! They ran out of bread so we each only got one piece. Although our other meals were very good, the prices were quite inflated and we just wouldn't return due to the poor service.

I went there to treat myself to birthday dinner. Hostess made excuses instead of offering to seat me. I was not impressed with this service, and I left instead.Service: 1/5

Now I know the pictures aren't great but Joe Gatts is a must visit Italian restaurant that offers an authentic dining experience to its patrons. From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere transports you to Italy. The decor and ambiance are spot on, making you feel like you are sitting in a cozy trattoria.But what stands out the most about Joe Gatts is undoubtedly the food. The chicken Parmesan and chicken Milanese are two dishes that are not to be missed. Both are cooked to perfection and are absolutely delicious. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the breading is crispy and flavorful. The homemade tomato sauce that accompanies the chicken Parmesan is rich and savory, and really brings the dish together.But it's not just the food that makes Joe Gatts stand out the service is also top notch. The waitstaff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They go out of their way to make sure that every guest feels welcomed and taken care of.Overall, Joe Gatts is a fantastic Italian restaurant that truly captures the essence of Italian cuisine and culture. Our son had a lacrosse game at the high school down the road, so figured we 'd give it a try. 2 hours for a 'meh ' dinner on a Monday evening. Food was average, service was painfully slow. Dining area was very loud...we found ourselves having to yell to each other to have a conversation. Highly unlikely we 'll be here again.
