Mcdonald's - Town of New Paltz

So usually I joke with my friends but never complain about how oddly anything I've ordered (particularlly like coffee or shake drinks) as of the lately. However, I want to give a shout out to an employee that made my drink this morning, her name is Lovelight. She made my drink exactly how I ordered it, made sure I received all I ordered, was very kind, and went above and beyond.Thank you Lovelight at this location for making this morning go much more smooth and easy before work!

New Paltz McDonald's is one of the best. Food is always good, the staff are friendly and the place is clean!

A lot of college students may want to work here. I'm telling you, don't. I was hired in September of 2023. Do you know how many days I've worked since then? One. That's not for a lack of trying. I've contacted managers incessantly over the months, and was literally ghosted. I've been six months without a job while being employed. I also was not paid for the only shift that I DID get to work. The food itself is McDonalds, mediocre. Service can be slow.

Two very sweet, professional female employees running the drive-through. Food was fresh and good.

Don’t waste ur money. They NEVER get ur order right and even when you try to make it easy by not doing anything special to ur sandwich they still don’t even follow proper procedures and the sandwich is missing half the stuff supposed to be on it.
