Update: Always check your bag before leaving the window.The quality of food and service has declined. It has been consistently poor quality for long enough that it 's the norm now, so I 'm compelled to update the review. Orders are frequently wrong, items missing, and they can 't even remember to add sauce packets most of the time. Calling them does no good as the majority of the time they don 't answer the phone.The food quality isn 't good enough to warrant putting up with so much consistent incompetence.2yrs ago: They 've upgraded the restaurant since my previous review 4 yrs ago. It 's clean with modern amenities.Service has declined and the Drive-Thru takes a while to get through. Staffing issues have caused them to close early on occasion.Don 't be fooled by their signage, it 's not always accurate. Their DT menu board has an image of a cup that says Dr. Pepper but they don 't sell Dr. Pepper.
You never actually get a BOX when you order boxes of the menu. Always out of them or, they have hired someone new and You get aditude for asking about them.Everything is always thrown in bags. Very disorganized.
I waited in line for 8 minutes not moving after I ordered I called the restaurant after twice trying they finally answered I said yeah I'm sitting in your drive-thru line and it hasn't moved in over 5 minutes and he said sorry boss we're a little busy and hangs up on me and then doesn't answer the phone again so I made the person behind me move even though they for some reason were very rude and didn't want to when there was nobody behind them and I told the person at the drive-thru thing after they said hi how are you that I'm leaving and your customer service is terrible I suggest you avoid this restaurant and go to the one in North Syracuse as they're only excuse was they are training and that's just ridiculous there's no excuse I shouldn't have to wait for 8 minutes when there's not even a full line of people That's ridiculous so to Taco Bell executives if you see this you should probably talk to this restaurant about having better customer service and taking care of your customers with respect
Received my order and noticed one of my tacos that was supposed to be supreme was missing the sour cream and tomatoes. Went back and spoke with Alex he then made me the taco correctly in a very timely matter. Alex did a great job taking care of me, thanks Alex.
