Very poor management, poor communication, rips off employees

The last trip to DW's I will make in my entire life. Ordered at 6:03pm 1 Cheesesteak only whiz with xtra whiz, 1 Brady wrap and 2 orders of fries with a side of cheese. Was told 20-25 mins. Showed up at 6:18pm. Finally got my food at 7:08pm after sitting around and watching the disorganized shitshow for the better part of 45 mins. Drove home to Halifax to eat, and here we show you what was supposed to be one Cheesesteak with xtra whiz, I didn't get my side of whiz either for the fries. Some places aren't worth a callback, some experiences are so garbage a resolution isn't necessary. 1 star, would give zero if I could, used to love this place sadly they sunk it.

Very expensive for high quality food, I have been here for years the menu prices are very wrong. 7 in the menu actually eating 9. is no longer very good. I ordered fryed with cheese-wax and covered them in fat mozzarella cheese and put burned speck, ordered a fat paper and it had more soggy-frries on it than anything else and no cheese because it stuck at the wrap and did not come off.
