Oasis Pizza And Pasta - TORRENSVILLE

I so wish you could give lower stars. Worst food, so cold and took an hour and a half. Chips are soggy pizza is disgusting. never ever again :

Honestly they deserve 0 stars... I ordered vegetarian pasta with pretty obvious instructions on if the ravioli (which was an option for the pasta for the vegetarian pasta) wasn 't vegetarian to substitute it for fettuccine instead... They just added meat ravioli in it and when I called said that they interpreted it as if no meat pasta add fettuccine ... unsure how you can make that mistake? Do the staff need their eyes checked or go back to primary school and learn to read properly? I asked for them to redeliver which they made it seems like a big hassle to do (even though this is clearly their fault). I ended up calling back saying don 't worry about redelivering i 'll just request a refund through Uber Eats as I was concerned about the quality of food they would redeliver.

I enjoyed their pizza almost every day and I love it.

Extremely disappoint ordered 30mins prior to close of business after over an hour I seen the store was ‘still preparing my order’ I had found out the business had closed after accepting my order taking my money and no one called me to let me know after nearly 90 minutes from placing the order it wasn’t coming at all as a previous hospitality manager, who didn’t even receive a phone call as a courtesy to let me know that is straight out bullish!t. Do better.

Come here at 6 pm and staff say they out of chickenBetter buy some stock before opening the shop
