Como En Casa - Toronto

I had a great experience at this small Mexican restaurant! I was craving Mexican food and chose the closest restaurant with the best reviews. I ordered the homemade chips with homemade medium salsa, which were delicious. The salsa had a nice kick without being overpowering. The enchiladas were also fantastic. I washed it all down with two Sol beers and a margarita. I would definitely return to this restaurant!

This restaurant is absolutely perfect. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional! I honestly can't think of anything negative about this place, it was an incredible experience!

Located on Yonge Street in downtown, this hidden gem is a fantastic find. Though easy to overlook, once discovered, you'll be amazed by this place. The small restaurant has a charming look with colorful walls adorned with Mexican souvenirs. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is freshly prepared, making it a difficult decision to choose from the menu. We tried the pork stew in verde sauce and it was excellent - not too spicy, but with a nice tangy kick. Como en casa is definitely worth a visit for authentic Mexican cuisine at affordable prices.

Tried on a whim when I was in town craving some Mexican food. Had the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. Everything was very good including the service though the music might have been just a touch too loud.

Como En Casa is a very casual Mexican eatery with good food. This was our second time having lunch here, and both times we left satisfied. The staff are friendly and the service was reasonably prompt. <br/ <br/ SWMBO selected the Enchiladas (with chicken), and opted for the Mole sauce. The chicken was tender, and the chocolate flavour of the dark mole enhanced the taste. <br/ <br/ I tried the Fish Tacos, with battered, deep fried Basa. The fish was light and flaky, and topped with fresh cole slaw and salsa fresca.
