Aroma Fine Indian Cuisine - Toronto

I used to frequent this restaurant before the pandemic, and I would always get confused with another Indian restaurant on the same block as they both have stairs to enter. However, I prefer this place. I tried their tandoori chicken and lamb kebabs as appetizers, and they were delicious. The lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, spinach rice, and naan were also very flavorful.

Food and service were amazing. We had vegetarian and meat options everyone loved. It was all so delicious and we had so much food! Thank you for accepting our event start time and arranging the delivery. I highly recommend and we will definitely eat in the...Aroma restaurant again, whether eat or take.

Lamb and chicken entrees were great. Our waiter was very helpful and made good recommendations on what bread and rice to pair with our entrées.

We have not been here for a while but on a recent Sunday before going to a theatre matinee almost across the street, we decided to retry this place. Still white table cloths, good service and lots of buffet selections even for vegetarians. Items are...varied and tasty and you can either eat quickly or take as much time as you want. Having a filling sit-down lunch for under $20 each is getting harder to find in downtown Toronto. About the only negative is that it’s on the second floor with no elevator (that we could see) and the restrooms are one more flight up!! So, if you’re mobility impaired, this place is not for you.

Before we attended a theatre performance on Friday, we decided to try this restaurant. Very glad we did when the food was excellent and the service was very professional. And the location is perfect for those who visit the theatres in the neighborhood.
