Starbucks - Topeka

Busy, busy busy! Seem to out of things quite frequently; not just recently but all the time.

This is the second week in a row it has taken far too long to get a drink. Two weeks ago it took over 40 minutes for one latte and today it was over an hour. I understand everyone is understaffed however this location obviously can’t handle on line orders and storefront. They need to reconsider how they operate.

1hr and 4 minutes later I received the latte I orderd and it was wrong! The wait for walk in orders have gotten out of control. Possibly STOP taking online orders until they can get a handle on their store.

It's a lovely environment to get things done and the drinks, food, as well as people are just as lovely.

The drive through is getting almost as bad as Dunkin, the drinks are usually decent but takes forever to get through the line. So if your order is wrong like mine was it takes about another 15 minutes to get your order. It shouldn’t take me 30 minutes to get the correct order!!
