Cold Stone Creamery - Tooele

The chick here made me THE MOST amazing pumpkin ice cream and I am so happy with it. I am so happy with her.

If they won't answer their phone they can't take an order! Try calling for over a 1/2 an hour they just let the phone ring then they would pick it up and hang it up, call back repeat

They need more staff to help those poor kids working. The line was so long and it took forever. We aren't blaming the kids who were working. They did the best they could. I heard an older voice coming from the back, they could've helped and then went back to their break or whatever they were doing. But those kids were overloaded with orders. Kudos to them.

We had the best experience today, Colton was the only one in the store at the time and got all our orders made quickly, efficiently and with a smile. He is an amazing employee and made our experience even better!!!

Less then impressed and Cold Stone is favorite ice cream place usually. I was served two runny as soup soggy waffle bowls. I am not really very picky but it was terrible! When I told the lady she said yeah I don't know why it's runny but it will taste the fine, your fine.
