Brewers Fayre Castle Lake

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the staff was extremely polite and attentive. We all had a very pleasant experience.

This restaurant is always a good option for a budget-friendly lunch from their lunch menu. However, improvements are needed in the restroom facilities.

Came in for breakfast on Christmas Eve with the family and it was so busy but the staff were brilliant and on top of everything. Well done to all we all left full and happy. I’d like to pass on my thanks to Mel who is a manager who was so attentive.

Awful . Raw parsnips , plastic in my food , dried up potatoes , ridiculously small kids portion sizes . Wasn’t allowed dessert as told to leave as our time was up even though half the restaurant was empty) . Paid for our kids to go in the play area only to have a waitress come in and tell us to get the kids out as our table time was up . We left on Christmas Eve with very upset children , merry Christmas castle lake ! We expected your usual bad food but chose you as you were ideal for children but I’ve never seen our kids so upset at Christmas time . Your staff could do with growing hearts , the grinch comes to mind !

Staying at Premier Inn for a business trip. Had breakfast at castle lake and was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady who talked me through how it all works as never been before. Even checked if I had any allergies. Very pleasant visit, breakfast was very filling. Will be returning next year. very much looking forward to it.
