The Hatch Waterfront Pub - Tofino

I had a great experience at The Hatch - the food was amazing. However, I feel that the menu could use some improvement, especially if you're looking for small bites to go with drinks. The service was initially a bit brusque, but improved as the meal progressed. The view of the marina was also wonderful. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. I arrived late on a Wednesday night around 9:30pm and the kitchen was just about to close. However, the staff graciously kept it open a little later for me and my girlfriend. We ordered the prosciutto pizza, roasted cauliflower, and bruschetta, all of which were delicious. We also enjoyed the turtle roll cocktails, which were my favorite drinks in Tofino. However, the highlight of the dinner was Jenna! Her energy was infectious and we absolutely loved her. Thank you, Jenna, and we hope to visit again soon!

The restaurant is located right by the water, offering excellent pizza and beautiful scenery. You can even watch the Eagles flying overhead.

We tried oysters here for the first time, the server was super kind and helped us out with everything! We also ordered a calamari which was fresh but a little overcooked. I had a old fashioned and it was one of the better ones I have had in a while! We will be back.

It took almost 1 hour to get our dinner which was greatly overpriced for what we ordered! Menu not great! The waitresses were great, not their fault..been done there that won't go back?!
