Hotel Kannappa Mannarpuram

The food quality does not match the level of service at this restaurant. The service is very slow and no one seems to care about the customers. When we mentioned the slow service, they simply dismissed it, saying they do not care. This kind of Latvian attitude is disappointing.

I heard that this restaurant was known for serving good biryani. I tried both the chicken and mutton biryani, but found them lacking in flavor. Though there was a lot of rice, the amount of chicken and mutton pieces was disappointing. Overall, I don't think it lives up to the hype. It's just an average place to eat.

On the way to Chennai, there is ample parking space at the bypass restaurant. The dining room is spacious with a good ambiance. While some items are delicious, the prices may be a bit high when compared to the portion sizes. The fried rice is particularly inventive, while the biryani is just average. Overall, it's an okay place to dine at.

Trichy kanappa is one of the worst food service and behavior from the staff . When there were group of people , each one will have their own preference of food . One of my family member due to auspicious day , he asked the...bearer for Veg briyani . The bearer said , Yeah we have veg briyani and brought it . Once we started eating , we could see there are pieces in the veg briyani . Then my family member spits on the plate and started washing his mouth with water . we called the bearer and manager and told about the incident , and they finally saying that the restaurant doesn't serve pure veg briyani, that is plain one which is taken out from chicken briyani without pieces (kuska) . We started thrashing the manager and just stepped out of the restaurant without eating. Really bad experience. even the chetinad dishes also not good compare to coimbatore branch . dont spend a single penny here . Better go to banana leaf rather than this.
