Upon entering, guests are greeted with cobwebs and an unattended counter. After waiting for someone to take their order, they eventually flag down a kitchen staff member who takes their order. After a long wait, they begin to question why they chose to eat at this place. Finally, when their burger arrives, they realize they have actually been served. Overall, the experience is frustrating and disappointing.
