The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that all of our needs were met. The atmosphere was also top-notch, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance that made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for both its excellent service and inviting atmosphere.

My family and I have been to The Rig for the second time. The first visit was outstanding, and I would give it 10 stars if I could. However, today's experience was completely different. The food was as excellent as always, but the bartender received zero stars from us. When we called to inquire about bringing our two toddlers, she said we could, but insisted that we "eat and get out." I found this to be rude, but perhaps it was just my interpretation. Upon arrival, the bartender was even more impolite than she had been on the phone. Despite the fact that more families with children were dining there, she seemed annoyed that we had brought our kids. When we requested to use sippy cups for our young toddlers instead of open cups, she rudely informed us that outside beverages for toddlers were not allowed. The cook, on the other hand, was kind, polite, and accommodating. The food was delicious. Ultimately, we will not be returning to The Rig for dinner, with or without our kids, or for drinks without them.
